Complaints Policy

< Back to policies & procedures

If you would like to give us any feedback or wish to make a complaint, please complete our Complaints Form.

We welcome comments or suggestions about improving our services. If you want to make a complaint about our services, please write to the Practice Manager by post who will investigate your complaint and make changes where necessary.

Our complaints procedure is displayed in the waiting room, and the receptionists will be happy to advise you on making a complaint, and will also let you know the result. However, if you would like to compliment a member of staff or tell us about something you feel we have done well, we would be delighted to hear from you.

We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have a concern about our service to allow us to put things right. If you have been happy with your experience at the Corner Surgery, we would be delighted if you would take the time to let others know.

Health Complaints Advocacy Service

If you feel you have not had the service you expected from the National Health Service (NHS) and want to complain, the law says you have the right to have the support of an advocate. An advocate is an experienced worker who can help and support you to make your complaint.
