Out of Hours Cover - Contact details remain unchanged

Out of hours contact details were due to change around the beginning of April. This has been postponed for the time being with no indicated date for transfer to the 111 service. We will of course let you know the full details when we have them. In the meantime please continue to dial 020 8693 9066 outside of normal opening hours if you have an urgent medical condition that can not wait until the surgery re opens.

Letter from the Health Authority

If have not attended the surgery for some time you may receive a letter from the health authority asking you to confirm your contact details and whether you wish to remain registered with the corner surgery. Please can you return these to them as soon as possible confirming your details. If you have moved please fill in your new details here .
